competitive side
Ah I totally forgot about this blog and all the sudden feeling very competetive must keep up with violettes posting. Ok well life is great! I love being done with school. Will miss nina and soph and Caleb a lot.......and leftovers goulash HEY!
Working on a song for kathy's talent party/ dance/cocktail themed/ aww this will be a fun night gathering. Oh my writing skills have turned to mush oh well. Oh yeah triathalon baby! because the first marathon was such a hit ;-) if you catch my drift.... Oh oh heheheh

my ode to good managers
So this is a silly little post but I would have never appreciated good managers until I started my top secret new job! There amazing and so flexible and make work so much fun! I love my job, yes this love will probably only last a week or maybe 2, actually I worked my second shift last night and the love already started to die down after my first series of annoying customers!, but I actually don't really hate the customers just the system of trying on clothes is little flawed... But I am trying to find a way around that... Maybe I will suggest cubbies in the dressing room to store over the max of 5 items? but until then I am proud to be an employee in this smelly retail place! :) And i thought at first i thought it was all about the cool discounts, but haven't used my discount once! Ok back to homework... 2 MORE WEEKS! and this countdown began 11 months ago.

I cannot bring my self to write this paper! Ah school can be such a drag... most of the time! I am loving the new death cab for cutie soundtrack! I never had such appreciation for their lyrics until now! They are so talented! repeat. My cat is sooooo cute! Ohhhhhhhh the blissfulness of dancing with my sleepy feline- yeah hehe i gotta the lyrics goin on now too ;)
AVRIL and Trav duo come in 2 weeks! Then they all go on a cruise without me :(

I love this song! Oh delightful Monday. Advil and coffee and class.(the bully isn't so bad anymore) the time change didn't help at all that's for sure. Gosh I love RBC and my lovely sister violette with her fluffykin song. Fluffy fluffy tape you down... Oh boy I forgot about band practice again.... that's ok girls 5 more weeks until terminando el classe de boringness!!!!!!!! Oh I can't wait to see bri's cat and dog and child! This is going to be fantastic!
Leadership and communication class is the best! and so is this teacher; she already said we are getting out 2 hours early YAY!

fivefingers. i think. yes.
Ok so this is a silly little post but I honestly never want to forget how thrilling this silly little experience is! It all started last thursday... I was sore from the 8 mile run me and nina did together over the phone and groaning around the house still feeling good from the endorphines from endurance but my hips felt like they were going to pop out and worst of worst my knees were killing me. I just kept thinking to myself I want fivefingered shoes because I read they make your knees not hurt. And then voila awesome schol refund check came in the mail and next day after service I got kathy to go to travel and country and try on the alien shoes!!!!
I am totally and 100% sold on the fivefinger minimalistic running shoes. And I have yet to read born to run book. I am in love with running! I have only done 5 miles in them over the past week and my feet and ankles feel so much stronger! My calf muscles have never been this big! Not that I was particularly going for big calf muscles as my goal, but I am now seeing that maybe those calf muscles support the feet muscles which make running easier, faster, and more fun. All I have been doing is starting my normal run with a mile or 2 in the barefoot shoes and then the whole rest of my run feels easier. With no sore knees. This my friends is a revolution to running! sold.
