Chiropractical Help is Great and so is Florida Hospital.

Chiropractor is cost-effective in treating chronic back pain. Every one should seek chiropractic care on an annual basis. Maybe everyone should even see a chiropractor on a weekly basis or maybe even daily! chiropractic care has helped many golf players. Since people who are involved in this sport tend to put their backs in odd or flexed positions. Because of this it is important for them to seek chiropractic care. This care will help their backs and other joints or whatever muscles they use in the eh sport to heal and not become stiff. If they don't do this by the time they are 80 there backs will be as stiff as a bone. That's not very good, so they should regularly have check ups by a chiropractor. This will help their health greatly. Did you know that children who use backs packs in school increase the risk of back injury by 78% when they are adults. These are shocking statistics! I believe every child should use a backpack with wheels. In many Pre Schools they do not allow backpacks with wheels. This should end immediately! I hope everyone will soon go and visit a chiropractor or some sort of Doctoral help. I hope my chiropractic information has helped you.

Florida Hospital is a very clean and nice looking a hospital. Go Florida Hospital! We all love Florida Hospital.

I Put My Pledge To Good Use

OK, In case you haven't heard of my generic pledge. Well then now you know. Today I went upstairs and noticed a certain white fluffy cat named twirly sticking its head through the secret cat door thats in the corner of the upstairs wall. I have no idea how cats get in through this certain door but I do know one thing Luna started the trend. Tis Tis luna! I see Twirly sticking its head through and I imediately make a sudden move and it runs.

Later on that day about and hour ago I was polishing up my floors. And this genius idea came to my head. I took my bottle of generic pledge and sprayed all over the wood next the door and allll inside the little hole in the wall that twirly has been trying to sneak through. MWAHAHA.

I Frivolously Deleted Spam Mail Every 34 Seconds

Yesterday morning I told myself that I was going to go out in service. But unfortunately I woke up quite late in the day. I went and checked my email account. I was astounded by the amount of spam mail I receive. I had to select all and then report spam at least for a whole 6 pages of mail. Since I had a pretty empty day to the fact that I missed service. I recorded how often I get spam mail. For the first few minutes I recorded that Ii received a spam email every 34 seconds. When it got into the afternoon around 1:00 my the amount slowed down to every 2 and a half to 3 minutes. This morning I checked my email again and found that I had a whole 6 pages of emails that were all spam. I got one about every half minute to a minute. Today it is now late Friday morning. I really need to start going to bed on time, once again I missed the morning service group.

But there are brownies to entertain me today.

Hmm School and others various happenings

Ok this is sad I just wrote a whole post and it went away when I tried to bring up the spell check box. Lately at school I have been helping my English teacher write the school newspaper, a lot. I'm getting so bored of it. A lot of the articles the kids wrote needed a lot of editing and help. Unfortunately the newspaper is the Christmas Edition...Thus all of the layouts which I am in charge of doing have to have Christmas ornaments and things in that genre. My favorite one is this one that I did had penguins down the side, which my teacher surprisingly let me keep. I then tried tog et away with making the next one with little kangaroos down the side but that one didn't slide. Two days ago I was about to print out the seventh grade article and I reread what I wrote...We were supposed to write a 3-4 line commentary about what the holidays mean to us. She told me I could write about what I am going to do during the winter break. At the time I didn't have any plans so I wrote something about my family and the Double R, rather boring. While I was editing the seventh grade article I went down to my name and rewrote it a little bit. I basically mentioned the names of all my kitties and I also mention Sophie and Avrils names. Hehe. It was great then when I handed it in to her she didn't even proof read, she was stressed, and just happy it was done. Right now I am at school and everyone is practicing the Christmas stuff so I got to go to the computer lab. I had my mom write a note saying that I was going to be picked up from school at 12:30 today by Sophie. I couldn't bare the idea of waiting around school till 3, ugh.
Yesterday I saw King Kong it was alright. I am in love with anything caffeinated. Yesterday I skipped school and had nothing to do all day. I then made myself two huge glasses of AWAKE tea. That stuff works almost as good as coffee. I had this amazing routine where I sit on the eh computer chair then run through the living room, then up the stairs, slide through my room( it's super fun because I covered my floor with pledge) then turn around run half way down the stairs, then jump over the banister, run back through the living room jump over the couch and then I am right back where I started, the computer chair. This morning for "snack" I had a big cup of raspberry green tea. It really woke me up considering I went to bed at 2:30 am yesterday because I was finishing my homework, which I forgot to bring anyways... Oh well.

Lots of Pictures at Alipictures.blogspot.com
LONG TIME NO POST! There's always things I think about posting and then forget about them a few days later, soI will just try to remeber those things. Ok, I walked home from school in the rain a few days ago. I was so bored of school and the thought of waiting around for a ride was awful. So I took an umbrella and left. Usually I have to jump this fence so I can cut throguh this neighborhood but they cleared out this path through the woods which goes slightly around the fence and then into the neighborhood. I went down teh little path and it was actually very pretty. It's this small path with a ton of trees. Then as I walked down the neighborhood it started to rain much harder. When i got about half way home the crossing gaurd lady was just about to leave and she offered me a ride home and I gladly accepted.
My phone continually would not stop changing from vibrate to silent to loud for the past couple of weeks. It was quite annoying I actually had to take 3 second to hold down the off button during meetings. That simply could not be the solution I told myself. I then used my persuasive powers to convince cingular that it was not my fault that the volume changes whenever it wants. I then assured them that I would need for the 3rd time now my phone to be replaced. HAH and i got it 2 days later in the mail, with my account credited for 4 new ringtones and 1 new game. I downloaded chips challenge! Yes, can you just imagine chips challenge on a phone!!! it is truthfully addictive on the computer and now I can play it whenever I want!
I am going to massechusettes next weekend with my Mom and Nina to visit my Grandparents. I 'm really excited. I have never been there during the winter time and I really love cold wheather.
Yesterday at soccer some guy broke his finger and then half of the people all left. It was fun after that though because before there was about 25 or 30 people playing. Very crowded, but then when they all left there was only about 15 people and we played a smaller game.
I went out in service this morning and it was cold and raining. We did doors for like 5 minutes and got cold so we went and did return visits. There was hardly anyone home this morning. I was looking through my call book and realized i have like a million calls I havent gone in soo long. My new goals is to try to at LEAST knock on the doors of everyone of my return visits once every 2 months. That seems reasonable to me because i have like every person I placed magazines with since i was 5 years old in that book.

MWAHAH luna just woke up from sleeping on the computer and then fell and slipped off!!! heheh

This pile of brownies just happens to taste amazingly good. This would be my Mt. Mckinley moutain 3-D visual aid. it took me at least 4 hours to make. My new best friend: POwdered sugar! it's not gritty and it is so perfect when u stick ur finger in the box and it comes out all white and pretty and then u bring ur finger to ur mouth... it is soooooo good.

unfortanently the inside of the cake is hallow i didn't have enough brownies to make it thick all the way through, even though i did use 3 boxes of ghirdelis brownies. hmm

Soccer

Hey everyone! I started soccer a few weeks ago just thought I would post about it. I play forward right wing usually. So far I have had 2 games and lost both. The first game was against these super macho girls, who looked like they could trample down anyone in there sight, lost that game I think 2 to 5. My game that I had yesterday was against these little boy. The game started at 5:30 it was so incredibly hot out. Towards the last five minutes of the game I got to play defense which is so incredible easy compared to offense. All you have to do is wait around for the kids with ball to come and then kick them in the shins and pass it back to offense. No running, I like that.

I sure haven't posted in a long time. Were shall I start... School started, it is very boring. I do like my geography class though. I feel like I'm actually learning a bit in that one, like if the next time I hear someone say sovereignty or capitalism I will actually know what they are talking about. I went to an Indian couples anniversary it was really different and fun. This sister in my hall, Rita, lent a bunch of people Indian sarias(I know I spelt that wrong supposed to be pronounced sorrys, I think)Mine was green and yellow very beautiful but hard to dance with because it was really long. It dragged about four inches. I have been trying to get a hold of a DVD of the play I was in mission possible anyways there is this kid in my class whose parents taped. I asked this kid ever single day for a week to please bring me a copy of it. He made up every excuse possible about. One day he said he had it but it was sitting on there computer desk, one day there burner wasn't working, one day they had a bad batch of DVD's. There was no end to his excuses. So one day I got Sophie to drive me to there house, they live only 5 minutes away from me. I finally got my hands on a copy from there mom. I have been trying to make a copy of it for me but it is hard when you have no DVD burning program, still trying to figure that one out. Luna brought in ava a gift the other day, a dangley green frog, except she accidentally dropped it right in the middle of my room. It was so scary, it could still move and it would hop every once in a while or when I tried to scare it into avrils room it would hop toward me. Once it touched my foot and I seriously jumped from one corner of my room to the corner of my bed. I ended up spraying it with windex and then propping it up on a piece of paper and giving Avril her rightfully deserved Luna gift. Heheheh. Felt like putting some pictures up, plus i just scanned all these for a biography someone is doing of me at school

I went to a wedding on saturday. It was alright. The reception was really pretty I got to light all of the candles, there was at least 15 candles at every table, they were really pretty. Unfortiantly I didn't quite make my time this month, I got 45 hours instead of my goal of 50. I start school on wednesday, tomorrow, I was thinking that it would be really funy if I showed up at school the first day wearing a stop signed red orangeish wig.I think that the teachers would probably think I turned in to a reblious juvenile delinquit child because they didn't let me skip to eighth. Hmm wouldn't that be interesting. It feels like the last month of summer break went by really quickly.

What's been going on...

I saw Hot hot heat in concert on wednesday. They were so good! It was a really fun concert. I went with Sophie, Kathy, and Helen oh. The lead singer is really weird. Whenever I saw him in magazines I thought he looked pretty normal. BUT seeing him live he seemed kinda gay. I dyed my hair with this stuff called color pulse it last about 8 washes. I dyed my hair red copper spritz. I like it sooo much. I went to a girl from my halls pool party thing today and most of the color just ran right of my hair into the pool. Well I just found out that they have rearranged our circut and district a lot. I'm Kinda sad about that, but it will be a good opportunity to meet new people.

updated: Monday july 18
I didn't feel like writing a whole new post for the small amount of writing, so I'm adding on to this one. Today I had a meeting with my teacher and principal, to convince them that I should skip to eighth grade. It went pretty crappy. I really hate my teacher. She's not my only teacher but like the main one for the whole middle school. I basically told her I didn't want to graduate when I'm 19. Oh well what a surprise she graduated when she was 19 and quoting her "Well i graduated when i was 19 and im very succesful and i have a masters degree." But I think that the principal thinks that I'm not going to go to there school if i don't get my way, because of this maybe they will let me try eighth, she's supposed to call tomorrow. If I don't get into eighth I think I will start doing american school while doing 7th and 8th grade so when I get to high school I will have already completed 9th. That's all for now until further updates.

Do you believe in Yetti's?

The title of this post is ment to be sung in the tune for the radiostation magic105.1(i think thats the right numbers) but the word yettis instead of magic. Well on saturday I could not sleep, i was in bed for ever with out falling asleep. I get up and i look at my clock and it says 3something o'clock. Then I was like hmm I wonder what comes on tv at 3 oclock in the morning. so i turn on my sisters(avrils) tv, since Nina took my tv away because it was really only lent to me from her. So i turn on the tv and it is on channel 18 WB. This show called unexplained mysteries "monsters"was on. They are showing footage of weird creature type thing walking across this huge hill covered with icey glacier type ground. They call this creature a yetti. the first footage they show of it it is only about a half of an inch on the TV. but you can still see that it is brown and has 2 legs 2 arms like a human. These weird scientist people are discussing the creature on the footage. the creature is near some tree. now the figure somehow that the creature is at least8 to 10 feet tall. the also figure out thet the creature has a sense of intelligence because it was following some type of trail on this mountain. Ok then the show a tape of this guy in some type of camping place out in the middle of nowhere. the guy with the video camrea is crying. he says something like" oh excuse me for crying but there is this huge creature in the woods" there is a ton of trees and vine type stuff everywhere and the you see this huge yeti creature stomp through the woods it is so scary and then they show someother footage of a yetti at a campsite like sniffing stuff and the walking on through. In this foofatge you can actually see its reaal size. you would actually be able to guess that this thing was at least 10 feet. It was so scary! They look a little bit like a chewbacka thing from starwars. Then they showed stuff on th loch nes monster which was kinda boring. At the end of the show the say " But all these things will have to remain an unexplained mystery". So ask yourself everybody "DO you believe in Yettis?" (I hope you said it that time with the right tune)

I bought the older hot hot heat album it's called "make up the breakdown". I really like this one song bandages. It has a really cool beat. I'm really excited that I'm going to their concert. Well, I am going to clean the upstairs before Nina comes home.

Yesterdays post

Ysterday I wrote a post but my computer froze and got all messed up before i saved it. So I'm going to try to write it again.

Today(as in yesterday) I woke up at 10:30! Im back on schedule. I was kind of bored so i went on my roof to tan. It was so hot out there. I had a towel down but from walking to this shady part of it to the towel part it would burn your feet. I sudied for my meeting. and then went to my meeting. hen i got home from my meeting Sophie called. It was so cool seeing the words sophie calling pop up on my phone. I just realized that i spelt awesome wrong for my URL. I spelt it A-W-S-O-M-E. oh well. I'm a little bit disappointed because the video of me singing kareoke at daniel tompsons grad party doesnt have sound. So no one else can hear my wonderful voice!!!Not.. It is actually realllyyy bad. it is really funny though. I'm going to auxilary pioneer in july. I figured it would be a really easy month to get out in serivce because sophie and Nina will be home so they can give me rides and such. :) I bought the hot hot heat cd off amazon. Every song on that cd is really good. Not just the main song which you hear on the radio or mtv is good but all of them are. they are very happy and up beat. my fingers are tired im going to end this post now.

summer break

School is done! For the past week Ive been trying so hard to sleep in. It is so weird, Im stuck on waking up at 7'0clock sharp. But last night I made myself stay up until 12:30am even though i was so tired, and i ended up waking up at 10. Wow, I can't believe I just considered 12;30 late! A few weeks ago I had a dream that i was in blockbuster looking at DVD's and when ever i got about a 2 feet close to them alarms would sound. It was so annoying. But then i would wake up and my alarm clock would be goiing off right next to my head and the alarms in my dreamm was actually the sound off my alarm clock. I babysat for the Lulohs kids yesterday, and it was so hard because the kids arent allowed to watch TV so I actually had to entertain them.

Williamsburg

I got back from Williamsburg sunday, man it was a long drive! On our way home we stopped at a gas station and a few kids bought boiled peanuts, the ones where you stick in your mouth and crack the shell off and stick it in a cup. Well, when they were done eating them and all of the shells and peanut juice was left in the cup. They were passing the cup to the front of the car for someone to put it in a cupholder and this one kid dropped the cup right down my back. It was so disgusting! It went straight down my back and it looked like i wet my pants it was so gross. and I had to sit like that for four hours on our way to our hotel in Savannah. The bush gardens that i went to was so cool. They had one ride called apollos chairiet, it was so much fun. It is the third highest drop in the world it has a 210 foot drop and it goes up to 73mph. I loved it!

Mission Possible

This friday is the date of the play that I am in. Im pretty excited, today we had a dress rehearsal and all went well(Except for this one girl who is a little mental and she got caught up in her vietnamese accent and tripped and knocked over a table and chair). The entire play is supposed to be an hour an a half except it usually takes us about 2 hours for act one and then another 2 hours for act 2. Hmmm, Im still trying to figure out why that it is. Ive nailed my brittish accent! For about a month every time I went on to do my part I would atomatically sound pure american, and then while i was up there i would remember and then about half way through the scene i would go british and then every one on the stage would laugh because it was a very suddon change I guess. But today I was british the whole time.
I'm going to williamsburg Virginia next month on a field trip we are going for about 5 days and we get to go to go to a really big bush gardens there, I hope I will finally be tall enough for rollercoaster. I remember trying to sneak on to kracken at seaworld a few years ago and i was only about a foot away from sitting on the seat until they pulled me aside and put me under that measuring thing where your head has to touch that thing if you are tall enough. I was about 3 Inches to short. Pretty sad.
If any one would like to come to my play it is this friday and saturday at 7:30 tickets cost $5.00's adult $3.oo's child. For anyone who already ordered tickets they got them printed today and I have them. If anyone needs directions please ask, it is easy to get to.

I named him bob

I sprained my pinky on wednesday the 9th. It is really funny looking at it, it is all swollen and green, and then right in the middle of the joint the part right where it sprained it is bright purple. Dring the meeting on thursday I would put my finger in front of avrils face and whisper "hey avril, meet bob."(I named it bob)I know it sounds pretty stupid but it was very entertaining! It has deflated a lot I can move it now, which is sad because now it isn't half as funny.

I did my round off backtuck last monday. YAy! My goal is to try to get all of my gymnastics skills back. Avril has been making a hip hop dance up for me for my school talent show, and trying to teach it to me. It is insane how unteachable I am, or maybe it is just 'someones' teaching skills?

Monday, January 31, 2005

I've been sick this weekend with a sore throat. It has been rather boring since I've been home alone. I can do my round off back handspring again( a round off backhandspring is like a quick running cartwheel were you land on two feet, and then you do a back handspring, which is when you jump backwards and land on your hands, and then your feet). On fridayI had a lot of energy (also known as sugar) thus I went for it and it went well. Exept the second one I did I landed on a bush and got a bloody nose. Luna is biting at my toes, I'm off to fead her.

Bond...James...Blond

I had my first drama rehearsal, the play that my school is doing is a comedy version of james bond. I got the part as Miss penny shilly, 75% of my line are me telling bond of my undying love for him, and he basically thinks I'm a weird stalkerish freak. Huh, of all people I wonder why I was chosen for that one.

Did man really go to the moon? Was it all a Hoax? While I was doing research I stumbled across websites of that sort. One of the ones that I went to gave some very interesting arguments, for example, A radiowave takes 1.28 second to go from houston texas to an astronought on the moon, and then 1.28 second for a radiowave to go from the moon to houston. Thus it would take about 2.56 second for a man in houston and a man on the moon to say 'hi, how are you' and then for one to respond 'good, and you?' BUT the footage of the conversations had with the first man on the moon with a man from houston texas, there is only a 0.5 secound delay. Sounds a little twisted to me. My research will go on.

oh Sweet Opera!

Today I had my first field trip. Me and my fellow classmates went to the most non enjoyable Opera!!!

We all expected to see a beautiful stage and red clothed seats with extravagent velvet everywhere. Ekkkk. We were wrong. As we all piled into a dusty looking garage area, we plopped are butts down on are white plastic lawn chairs, but no worries we felt privledge to have seat cushion!

Atlast the show begins! Even though the stage was only 10 by 5 feet long, I figured for seventeen bucks the people better have darn good voices. The fact of the matter is, I will never know. Why? The whole thing was in a foreign language! I will tell you the best and only good part, when the girl in the poofy dress drops her parasol. :)

P.S. feel free to make a comment if desired
